REFUND policy.

As each piece is made to order and one of a kind, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please ensure you have selected the correct size before placing your order.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are guaranteed our assessment and resolution of any concerns regarding items purchased from us within a timely manner. However, we will not be held responsible for refunds or returns due to change of mind. Exchanges are also not offered, as each piece is made on a custom / made-to-order basis.

Our Return & Refund Policy also does not cover:

  • Theft or loss

  • Dents, abrasions, or scratches on settings due to everyday wear

  • Chips, scratches, nicks, or breakages on gemstones due to accidents or wear

  • Discoloration or wear of metals from corrosive chemical exposure (e.g., chlorine, harsh cleaning products)

  • Normal wear leading to metal wear down over time

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
